our venues


headquarters

866 HQ features mat space, cold water tubs, a gym, chill out zone and office space. The perfect place to run the day-to-day of 866 and to host our smaller events, with guest instructors coming from up and down the country hosting small group sessions allowing us to keep our Jiu Jitsu swords sharp and keep connections with all the 866 clan.


Located in Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire, a short walk and even shorter drive from the train station with direct links to Manchester and beyond. Check out our YouTube page for a sneak peak into our headquarters.


the hawkhills

A venue with a difference. Steeped in history this Georgian and Victorian building is set within a 240-acre countryside estate, surrounded with stunningly landscaped gardens and woodland. Built in the 1700s this stately home has been extensively modernised to become a first class facility. On site parking and accommodation, plus a range of other facilities create the perfect backdrop to fully immerse yourself in our event, which is why this venue is the perfect choice for the 866 Jiu Jitsu and wellness camp.

Located in Easingwold, a short 20 minute drive from the centre of York and York train station, also with easy links to the motorway networks.

  • Can children attend these events?

    No. At this time our events are only open to ages 16 and above. 

  • Will food be provided?

    Yes. Whether hosted at the Hawkhills where the kitchen puts on a fantastic food selection, or at our HQ where we provide light snacks and drinks. we've got you covered.

    *Meat and vegan options available.

  • What if I have a specific dietary requirement?

    When booking on to our events you will be prompted to fill in the online access waiver form, here you can inform us of any specific requirements and we will see to it that your needs are met. 


  • Are the Jiu Jitsu seminars Gi or NoGi?

    The seminars are held  in both Gi and NoGi, keep an eye on event information to find out what attire is best to bing to a specific event.

  • Are there showers at the event venue?

    866 HQ -Yes. Shower facilities are available.


    The Hawkhills - Yes. Whether staying in the on site accommodation or just on a day ticket, shower facilities are available for attendees.  

  • Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event after purchasing my ticket?

    No. All tickets are non-refundable. We do offer you the chance to donate your ticket to someone else should you be unable to attend. Contact us direct for more information. 

  • Is there parking at the event?

    Yes. Both at HQ and the Hawkhills we have  a large on site car park free of charge.

  • Is accommodation included?

    866 HQ - No. There is no accomodation included at events hosted at our headquarters, however there are plenty of hotels and Airbnb's close to our location.


    The Hawkhills - Yes. The Hawkhills features on site accomodation. We offer accommodation options when purchasing tickets to our weekend events.
